How it works, from your description to fitted and tidied.
I run the whole job: the person who listened at your visit is the same one holding the chisel in the workshop and the level on fitting day.

01
You describe it
A free design visit. You talk, I measure, nothing is sold. Bring pictures, half-ideas, the thing that annoys you about the room: that's the brief.
“He listened to us and nailed the brief, bringing our ideas into reality.”
— Paula Lee · walk-in pantry

02
We sketch it
Marked out in pencil, and you get the exact quote before anything is cut. No deposit taken until you've seen both.
“Nothing ever felt rushed. He made sure we were happy with each step before moving on.”
— Catherine Quarrell · two kitchen projects

03
Workshop built
Made in my Talgarth workshop: one pair of hands, start to finish, cut from scratch for your room.
“You can tell they take real pride in what they do.”
— Cath Quarrell

04
Fitted and tidied
Scribed to your walls on the day, dust sheets down, and the room left tidy.
“Left our house tidier than when he arrived.”
— Joe Mulholland · short-notice job
Before anything is cut, you’ll know:
- The exact quote: from the sketch, before any timber is ordered.
- The finish: primed and ready to paint, or fully painted. Your choice, priced in the quote.
- Who’s doing it: me, start to finish. One number to ring, and I typically reply within 12 hours.

Ring or text and I’ll sort a time. I’ll measure up, talk it through, and you’ll know the price before you commit.
